Dato’ Indera Syed Norulzaman Bin Syed Kamarulzaman
Independent Non-Executive Chairman
Dato’ Indera Syed Norulzaman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University Malaya. Upon graduation, he joined the Malaysian Administrative and Diplomatic Service in 1973 and was assigned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
In September 1994, Dato’ Indera Syed Norulzaman was appointed as Malaysia’s ambassador to Spain where he served for?three years. On returning to Kuala Lumpur in 1997, he assumed the post of Undersecretary for?East Asia?and?South Asia?at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, prior to his appointment to the Institute of Diplomacy and Foreign Relations under the Prime Minister’s Department as its?Director-General?in 1999.
In 2001, he was appointed as Malaysia’s ambassador to Thailand till 2005, and Malaysia’s ambassador to China till 2009. Upon his return to Malaysia, Dato’ Indera Syed Norulzaman was appointed as Public Interest Director at the Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia (FIMM), a position he held until August 2012. He is currently the Senior Independent Non-Executive Chairman of OCK Group Berhad, a Director of Winnburner Asia Sdn. Bhd, the Chairman of Mah Sing Foundation, and a member of Yong tai’s Audit Committee.
Datuk Wira Boo Kuang Loon
Chief Executive Officer / Executive Director
Datuk Wira Boo Kuang Loon has approximately 20 years of vast and extensive experience in property development, project management and construction management. Upon graduation from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College in 1996, Datuk Wira Boo joined Domain Resources Sdn Bhd, a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of Malton Berhad. He was with Domain Resources Sdn Bhd as General Manager until 2003.
Subsequently, Datuk Wira Boo joined Jaya 33 Sdn Bhd (Jaya 33) as Project Director until 2007. Jaya 33 owns and operates Jaya 33 Cybercentre, a commercial building located on 4.2 acres of prime property bordering Sections 13 and 14, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. He established PTS Properties Sdn Bhd (PTS Properties) in 2007 and is currently the Chief Executive Officer / Executive Director of the Company.
Dato’ Sri Lee Ee Hoe JP
Dato’ Sri Lee Ee Hoe, JP graduated from Tokyo International University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 1996. He has approximately 28 years of experience in the tourism industry as well as being a consultant and expert in travel and tour agency management. He is the co-founder of Apple Vacations & Conventions Sdn Bhd; the first overseas travel agency to receive the "Japan Tourism Agency Commissioner’s Commendation Award".
He is the Lifetime Overseas Advisor of Taiwan Leisure Farming Development Association since 2009. He is also the presenter and sponsor of the Authoritative Journalism Award in Malaysia for “Dato' Sri Lee Ee Hoe, JP - Travel Journal Award” since 2012. In 2015, he was bestowed the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays by the Government of Japan, in recognition of his long-standing contributions in the development and promotion of tourism between Japan and Malaysia.
In 2016, he received the Best Alumni Award from Tokyo International University.
He was involved in the negotiation process in relation to the rights to undertake the “Impression Melaka” performance via the 30-year Intellectual Property License Agreement. His experience in the tourism industry will be valuable to the Proposed Diversification as the “Impression Melaka” performance project is principally targeted at local and foreign tourists. His vast knowledge in the tourism industry will add value to the positioning, marketing and promotion of the “Impression Melaka” performance to the target audience.
Dato’ Beh Hang Kong
Dato’ Beh started his career in 1980 as part-time reporter for the China Press. In 1982, he was employed as a Regional Executive Secretary by the Malaysian Chinese Association. He left the position in 1985 to establish a company involved in the marketing and office equipment. He is also involved in the property development and investments in various industries. He also held the position of Municipal Councilor for the Majlis Perbandaran Shah Alam from 1986 until 1990. Currently, Dato’ Beh is also a Director of Malaysia- China Business Council and the Managing Director and Executive Director of ML Global Berhad.
Mr Christopher Chan
Mr. Chan is currently an executive director of Asia Television Holdings Limited (stock code: 707), a company listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Stock Exchange”). He holds a Bachelor Degree in Information Systems and a Master Degree of Accounting from Curtin University of Technology, Australia. He has been appointed as a committee member of the 9th Committee of Maoming City of The Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference since January 2017. He has extensive experience in information technology, accounting, finance, corporate governance, strategic planning, as well as merger and acquisition.
